One thing I've noticed about built up PC's in the past few days, is the cases look rather ... urgh (my opinion)

Are there links to good looking cases at all?

I have to budget for cases? ;)

I dunno ... how much are these things usually?

I posted the other day about a Packard Bell (or brand name) vs built up - and while I agree the built up machine is cheaper and better, they lack horribly on the cases :(

In what sense ? Too small for upgrading later?

If you want something inconspicuous, take a look at the Antec p182 case. It cost me about R1500 (I think) a year ago (without PSU). It's got enough space for most configurations (I have 2xSATA & 3XIDE drives inside) and it runs very quietly.

Dolby, The Cooler Master CM 690 is a really good case for around R900 so if that's your budget, I recommend that.

i prefer the Coolermaster Centurion 590

basically taken all the faults of the 690 and improved on it.

and its cheaper
