Good quality VOIP Service provider?

I have been using FNB's voip service but its often glitchy/account won't register etc, can anyone recommend a VOIP service provider that's rock solid and not too expensive?

I mainly want to use it for landline calls in SA using a VOIP app on android(Zoiper IAX SIP Softphone) via my smartphone, typically using Wifi via ADSL.

How about using Hangouts? It should be possible to buy credits etc. to make local calls.

Ja, I think so. They were advertising on Jacaranda. That is how I heard of them. You download the app from the play store.
