Good remote self / solar powered 3G IP cam?

I'm looking for something to keep an eye on my plot out of town and would like to be able to at a minimum get a screenshot on demand. Would be best to have it nicely hidden, though I can do that myself I guess. Any suggestions?

I'd imagine waterproof housing would be essential to that thing. I'll see if there's something designed for outdoors first.
