Goodbye BEE

Economist Dawie Roodt argues that South Africa’s proposed Transformation Fund will replace the existing BEE compliance system if followed to its logical conclusion.

If existing BEE structures collapse in favour of this fund, and at the same time companies are able to thrive easier there would be no going back.

Then when the loot in the fund is eventually looted, that will collapse too.

The ANC is going to be exposed for what they are.

That's a big "if". Logic and the government are not well acquainted.

They may change the money-making racket rules, but BEE is unlikely to end or be stopped, it generates billions for connected cadre each year and is a money for toffee operation. You want to get rid of BEE, then get rid of the ANC.
