Goodwood tower 101 working?

I just want ot find out. Is anybody connecting to the Goodwood tower in Cape Town, I think it is #101? I have connected to that tower for the past 22 month, and now I get no signal. Sentech assures me that their towers are all up and running and Nowire assured me that my modem is in good working oreder, however, now I simply have no signal...

Get one of their support people to come and perform tests.They should do that for you.

Unfortunately, Sentech does not provide onsite support...
I'm not with Nowire.

Thats ***.Surely the person who came to test whether or not you have a signal before signing the contractg should be dispatched again to see what has gone wrong.Otherwise the contract becomes invalid if you can prove that there's no signal anymore.You signed it on the premise that there would be a signal in your area.
You shouldn't be going through this.Sentech should be giving you as much support as possible to make sure you're back online.It's ***.

It definately is f*&^% Sentech only gives telephonic support. Before I signed the contract, I had to pay for an "expert" from Nowire to test my site. He arrived here with a modem and walked around the site to show me where I can get a signal, thats it.
Sentech said that if they can't figure out what the problem is, they will let me cancel the contract. How they're going to figure it out while they sit in Jo'burg, 1 400km from me, is a good question...
So I guess its back to adsl for me...
