I see these tires are said to be ''Runonflat'' tires. Does this mean I am not allowed to fit them to my Kuga as my car does not have a tire pressure monitoring system? I was once told that by a fitment shop when I asked about runflat tires.
Is this tire a true runflat tire, or just capable to run on for a while if flat?
I cannot find it online, is this tire available in size 235/55/R17?
 
Then, by all means, get a better tyre, as long as it is within manufacturer spec, size, width, profile. I have Michelin Pilots on my car and the stock manufacturer tyre is Bridgestone. I just chose it cause it has better grip and noise levels than the otherwise stock tyre

EDIT: If your car did not come with run-flats as standard do not fit them, that's my experience though
