Google’s NTP servers now support leap seconds

Google has built support for the leap second into the time servers that regulate all Google services.

The big issue is that you cannot mix other ntp servers with Google ones. So something that was simple is now being complicated

They *should* all support leap seconds, it is after all part of "time" as we measure it.

This move will probably force everyone to follow the "standard" as flawed as it is.
