Google Adwords Tracking Leads ?

Does anyone know how to track leads from Google Adwords that come directly from your website ?

E.g. A Hotel to track bookings from there website that have been directed by their google ads...

Advise much appreciated.

You can set up Adwords to append a "gclid" to the URL when the user clicks on the ad.

Non-Adwords URLs wouldn't include this so you can use it to distinguish between the two.

Why not just use adsense + goals? The reporting shows you the split between "paid traffic" and other traffic.
