I took some photos of a fallen Google Loon in the Free State at the beginning of the year.

The balloon part is quite big, something like 13 x 11 m. There is also a box about 350 mm3 with the batteries and a couple of circuit boards.

Under the balloon part there is a direction blower - seems to be able to steer the balloon.

The two solar panels are light & flexible, about 300 x 400 mm each.
