Got this off the security now podcast

http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=

which is google's own tool for checking websites

for example use it on myspace

http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diagnostic?site=myspace.com
Of the 30783 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 71 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent.

So next time some says they got a virus you can ask them for sites they recently visited and it may help in further prevention.

The NoScript add on for Firefox works well too.

Checked my proxy logs and see this must be due to my Google account, but I did not give them permission to look at my web browsing habits.
