Google Chrome top bar font

I know this topic is all over the web - and that's probably where the problem lies. Way too much info to actually get any answers. Due to high Dpi settings, Chrome is top bars are very small (the font). You can adjust the actual page (zoom, etc), but not the top bar. At night I prefer not to wear my reading glasses just to be able to see the address bar. Any suggestions on how to enlarge the top area? Sorry if it is in the wrong section of the forum. Thanks
