Unfortunately, you would need to utilize Google's services such as Compute Engine (VMs), Cloud Load Balancing as seen in [1] to run Google's CDN.

I know this is a hectic necro, but just saw this and thought I'd comment.
I got certified on GCP last year as a professional cloud architect. Training was a ridiculous amount of money - more than what you've stated. After the course was done I went onto Linux Academy and did the courses there rather - and Linux Academy is the only reason I passed the exam.

My faith in instructor led training these days is almost nothing.

Sooo much goodness at Linux Academy!! Completed my CKA and some other through them. Worth every cent.

For a few thousand rand you can build your entire IT career from there, it's an amazing platform.
