Just downloaded it! Fantastic app & no more "Office to Go" apps needed.

Still amazes me that I just click on the "Install" button, get a message that it will be downloaded to my phone shortly - and when I pick the phone up, it's already busy installing.

Android just rocks.

I know what you mean, I found it on the pc, went to android market the selected all my android devices for install and it downloaded and installed on all 3 phones. Did not have to use phones one at a time to install.

And that's what I love about Google. Making my life so much easier.

Ok its not as good as other 3rd party Gdoc apps and the OCR doesnt work as well as the one in Evernote but at least its a start and a decent one at that for people that dont want to pay for other Office apps on the market. Lets hope Google sees that people really do want this and start improving on it. Example Gmail on Android 1.6 was just as crap compared to what we have now.

Google said some fonts may not work with the OCR software yet, but will be fixed soon.

Im with you on the timeframe, expect a perfect version very soon....and much improved!
