Google glass - anyone have?

So my Glass headset is here this week and I wondered if anyone else had or has fiddled with one yet. Any novel ideas out there for applications? We're looking at what it can do to make clinicians lives easier - I know it's pretty severly limited, but I'm guessing communication would be the biggest use.

I haven't started talking to it yet - I'll likely set it up when the dust has settled on my work this week.
Any pointers from anyone experienced would be welcome!

The SDK / API / Emulator looks fairly solid for something that's not mainstream. Not sure I would wear it in public just yet.

How did you manage to get it ? There is no legit way to get it in SA. Even in the US there is a huge waiting list.

I fail to understand the exorbitant cost. Can't be worth more than 400usd.

It went on sale to the public in the US in May for $1500..still in beta form though.

It came from the US. We likely had our name down for some time.
