Google, Gmail issues...grrr

I've been having the same hassles with Google sites (Google search, GMail and Google Reader) for the past two months on my Webafrica account and 384 line. Its gotten so bad that Google Talk will log me in and out every minute. I did manage to solve my problem by using the SAIX proxy though and since then it works like a dream.

Try:
1. deleting you browser's cache
2. clear the dns cache - run IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS from either a command prompt or start/run.
