Have y'all tried out Google Handwriting Input yet for Android?
It's a breeze to set up, and I'm amazed at how accurate it is (and I'm just using it on my phone, not even a tablet).
It recognises single letters, whole words, small letters and caps, punctuation ... the whole nine yards!

Background story: http://www.geek.com/tablets/scribble-in-82-languages-using-googles-handwriting-input-for-android-1620791/
Bonus points: Something I just learned is that if you press and hold the space bar on an Android phone, you can easily switch between keyboards. That just takes all the hassle out of installing something like this, for example, and then switching back to a conventional keyboard when needed.
