Google Image Search not working?

This is so weird I honestly cannot explain it.

When I google search images on my phone and PC on my Google Account;


Upon switching to any of my other google accounts it immediately gives me this, i dont even need to press f5




I've tried reinstalling, uninstalling, resetting chrome, to no avail. Wtf causes this. It does this no matter what I search. I also tried clearing cache, deleting cookies and resetting Google App Data.
