Google launches RCS globally

I've got a Redmi-Go.
Since this RCS integration, my phone is worse than a snail. Not that it's fast usually, but now everything is slow.
It's not even lag. It's a fixed fkd slow experience.

For a sec I was like...Google and RCS, as in those credit provider guys...

Weird. RCS isn't active on my phone.
The option is there, but it's disabled.

Is Google taking a pounding with all this RCS transmission?
First they change terms to save on disk usage with Photos. Now they seem to be reaching just to get a foothold.

Also weird that it effects my phone.
I haven't changed or added anything for a while, so this must be froogle from Google.
