Google map directions not working properly

Hey again guys

Im having a problem with my google map im building.
I have the 'to here' and 'from here' links in my info window, but its not working right. If I enter an address it links to google maps, but doesnt display a route and i get "undefined,undefined" in the address text box.

Ive looked at other examples of code and cant spot a difference with mine that would cause this.
What is the problem?
