Since launch, Google Messages has not allowed RCS on more than one phone number, but the app looks to be readying support for dual/multi SIMs.

I actually very seldom use it. I do however think that as the most likely replacement for SMS, specially when 2G and 3G networks are switched off, it is worth keeping a eye on it.

I use it extensively, ever since I got rid of Telegram and WhatsApp.

Some of my mates are surprised when I spam them with a voice note.
