So the new de-G+'d Photos app is out, and it looks pretty neat. But for some reason it drags all my Hangouts images into it as well. How the hell do I get it to not do that?

Cant you unsync the hangouts folder from device folders on the left?
Next to each folder under 'device folders' there is cloud icon, click on that...blue cloud means it syncs and grey cloud with a line is unsync.
I have set it to sync photos taken from the camera only.
I dont use hangout..

Nope. Hangouts doesn't have a folder on the device. And it looks like it's only on the web based app that it does it. On the phone it shows the camera photos only. Dunno wtf. Might just be a initial launch problem.

Talking about Hangouts, and sorry for the mini highjack. Hangouts keeps on popping up errors since the Android 5.1 upgrade on my Nexus. Says it has stopped responding. How do I fix this?

I've been looking for a quick way to delete pics of my ex. The website was slow and not very intuitive, this app makes it alot easier as it arranges by location.

Dafuq, this thing recognizes what type pic it is. Not sure if this is new or not, but it's new to me and I am impressed. People you like to take pics of their food wiill really this (not me, but it's been years of pics with restaurants and stuff).
