Google Play Music not working

Hello all. My Google Play Music app is not allowing me to buy music. I have access to my library, but when I want to buy a new song, I get the below error. I have tried the delete cache thing on all my Google Apps and restarted the device. I also tried uninstalling the updates, but nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas?

It's my understanding that Huawei did again receive permission to use Android itself in the US but they did not receive permission to all the Google apps like Music, Maps etc.. Perhaps this the end of said service?
