That is just a google video caching server. Not google itself. It pretty much only servers youtube videos to save on international capacity. SAIX also recently received some of these.

;; ANSWER SECTION:
v21.lscache1.l.google.com. 300 IN A 165.165.38.150

Also mail.google.com, news.google.co.za , maps.google.co.za

Yeah I highly doubt these are actual servers more likely local nginx proxies mirroring the information at the data center in CA.

Its not hosted on IS.

If you use a IS connection it will be a IS server. If you connect with a SAIX based account the server will be SAIX network.

Google Cache

Might this be why I now get 'cannot authenticate certificate' issues in gmail ?

So to all you 'man in the middle' bad guys out there, IS seems to be a nice place to steal some gmail accounts and probably credit cards as well ... ?!
Can someone confirm this ?

They co locate at IS facilities afaik.

Seems the certificate issue I'm getting might be a chrome bug :-\
Good to see a local google cache
