Google to train 1 million Africans

Internet search giant Google has teamed up with youth content agency Livity Africa to train one million people across the continent in digital skills.

What's the total population of the African continent? Google puts it at 1.1 billion or thereabouts. So 1 million people out of that is 0.1%. The idea is good, but its still a drop in the ocean.
