Why do you say that? I have had massive improvements with the upgrades. Although I do believe on update did slow it down. Not sure which version that was though. But 4.2.1 is amazing!

Also seems to last longer on battery life
My Nexus 7 sometimes ran a bit "hot" (temperature) after prolonged use - very surprised how cool it stays now

Got 4.2.2 two days ago on my Nexus 10. running great without a hickup. The developer of pppwidget also sent me updated drivers(for 4.2.2) for the app which worked great. So now I can once again use my CellC 3G stick while traveling
