EAST London retailers yesterday reported a rush as consumers raided shelves to stock up on milk after reports of imminent shortages.

imminent - OK, thats all right then!

Another customer bought 25 sachets of milk at Pick ’n Pay in Retail Park “to freeze them for later”.

Luck to you if you get an (power) outage!

“The shortages are going to affect all dairy products.”

Well, since milk affects the majority of these products, duh!
