Got my ADSL installed in 2 weeks,isn't it too Quick?

I went to telkom shop when I had time every week,bothered them,complained to them, then on Tuesday moming,I got connected.I am on 192K with 3Gb,I have eaten nearly 1Gb already since Tuesday.

Actually I waited 6+ weeks and got a sub standard installation

Damn lucky, It's 1 month as of today. On the 24/3 a port was allocated and on 31/3 they were waiting for an installation date. as of oday, they still have not allocated a port. talk about a c*ckup. You'd think they would note the previous comments that other operators had made and come up with a new one rather than reverting to the first excuse.

when i migrated from isdn to adsl a few years ago the install only took 6 days from date of order.

they phoned me to install it after 5 days, but i wasn't home. so i told them to come the following day.

Telkom must have a personal vendetta against me then seeing as it's 3 months and still no adsl.
