Honorary Master
A mate of mine gave me a set of spare speakers - off a surround sound system. They are rated 60W RMS while the center speaker is 100W RMS. There is no subwoofer.
How decent do you think they will sound without a subwoofer? In my mind, 60W per speaker is pretty decent. I'd like to get a simple amplifier to power them, but I'd rather not waste money on one if it's gonna sound fairly kark...
