I got government issued set top box sometime last year and realized that there is a smart card slot in it. There are GOtv channels being picked up by this STB but are not playing because I am not subscribed to them.
My question is can I by a GOtv smart card, subscribe, insert it in this STB and access GOtv channels without having to buy GOtv STB?
