Hello there.

I am currently looking into the South African governments websites and who and where they are hosted.
Could any of the MYADSL users be able to provide me with some information with this topic.
Now I know that the E-natis is hosted in Utah. However from what I have been able to find, all of the government websites are hosted on IS servers and not Telkom ones.
Basically what I am asking for is who hosts what, who owns the companies that host and any information on share holders of the companies that host.
Also who makes the choices of site hosts.
I am looking into it for a story I am writing, however any help would be awesome

Hi,

Simple WHOIS checks could easily be conducted. I cannot help with who makes the choices - I would assume that would be quite a task to have revealed. If I find some spare time I could maybe help out but I will need to know specific sites, etc.

Best wishes
