I noticed yesterday that I couldn't connect to the net, but it didn't bother me too much 'cos I just needed some quick info and reverted back to my contract (MTN) phone. I tried VM again this morning and still no luck.
The call centre says GPRS is down and they don't have an rough time for when the problem(s) will be sorted. However, the call centre is quick to answer (no more 10min+ like I have experienced at other SP
) and very very friendly
(either the staff is still very excited to work there, or someone has been spiking the coffee machine
)
I knew this was going to be a bumpy ride in terms of stability, but I really do hope they get things sorted out soon and have a really stable system. The call centre leaves a nice bellyfeel. 50c/MB is really inticing as well.
PS: I love the call centre's "just in case you have a sexy voice" message to make you aware they're going to record the conversation
