Big bucks on the European networks.

You pay an MTN component (R2/MB max) and then their component (around 6 Euro/MB).

It depends on the network.

I see from MTN SP site MTN have a GPRS roaming agreement with VoxMobile Luxembourg. If someone is already abroad, how can they provision their phone for MMS if they forgot to do it before leaving. Do they use *123# like they would right here?
 
*123# will not work while roaming. The application determines your phone type from the IMEI which can only be retrieved from the MTN network MSCs.

You will have to set it up via the call centre by providing them with the phone type and MSISDN.

PS. I would not want to pay the bill for holding on for a call centre agent from Luxembourgh though!
