I'm looking at getting a GPS app for my phone, but would like to know which is recommended. Pricing is important and obviously accuracy. Google Maps is good and well, I just find that it often struggles to pick up my location, which can be extremely annoying.

Been using CoPilot on my Desire for about 8 months. From personal experience the map coverage seems the best of the lot, although I haven't tried Navigon for a good long while.

Cost? And where did you get it from?

Have copilot, and brut maps. Prefer brut maps, since there isn't a long process to enter destination, and it integrates with everything, so you can just say navigate to. Only issue is brut is still on 4.6 which means vector maps hasn't been implemented yet -still uses minimal data, and hardly ever without some sort of mobile internet coverage. And the usual small annoyances. Check it out - xda link off google.
