Battery is about 4 days.
gps accuracy is about 8 meters.
The website you log into to track things uses google maps (http://www.cootrack.com) but no idea other than that.

AFAIK it does.

Yes, it uses a Sim card.

You can use the sim for SOS, remote monitoring (you can hear what is being said around it) and remote tracking of the device.
