GPU Upgrade wanted 1080/2070

I want to upgrade my pc and am looking for a better GPU for PUBG etc
Something like:
1080 / ti
2070 super


Thing is I am a noob so the purchase will include inserting the card and checking all in order and that it fits.

Preferably Pta and surrounding area because of above

Decided to go RTX 3060 new.
