Grabit Error Message

Howzit peeps

Im using newshost and grabit to do some downloads and when i try connecting on GrabIt, there is an error saying Error Connecting to news.is.co.za:119(Socket Error # 10061Connection Refused)

Any one that has had this error and has the fix please may you help

Are you sure you are on the IS backbone? Who is your ISP?

Digichilli is my ISP and im pretty sure its IS as i was able to retrieve the groups and started a test download and that was gng great then stopped dead in its tracks..

hmm, ja. I dunno what else to try other than that the IS news server is notoriously slow. Are you downloading cached content?

The problem is that IS cottened on to Digichilli IP's and banned them. It was bound to happen. People did 2TB in a very short time.

2 TB? I can't even do that on my 4 mbps line using an International server!

CambodiaDave posted it somewhere. You could confirm but thats what he said. I meant the 2TB as combined total for all the people that where downloading off of IS news server.

I believe DigiChilli want to set up their own news server.
