Grabit help!

I have a friend who downloads thru Grabit, but his actual downloaded rar files just dissapear and are no where to be found? Ive checked all the options and changed the download dir but nothing changes.
Ive never had these problems myself.
Any suggestions?

Use yenc32 to decode. Refresh group list in Grabit to prevent this in future.
