I have Grammarly Pro installed on my PC.
From time to time, it stops working. I e.g. draft a document or an email and Grammarly just isn't visible and spelling/grammar mistakes are not highlighted.
I then go to the Grammarly website, and it shows Grammarly for Windows and Grammarly for Microsoft Edge as being installed and active. when I try to reinstall it as prompted on the website, it keeps saying "Grammarly is running. Please close it first." and gets no further than that. On a previous occasion, I rebooted the PVC after which it worked, but that cannot be a long-term solution. No idea why it stops functioning.
