Graphic card fan

I have an Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 graphics card, in a small form factor case. Unfortunately the fan on the card has been dying, so the card temp runs from 50C+ while idling up to 96C or so when running graphics stuff.

Can anyone suggest a place where I could find a thin cooling fan I could attach to the card, or alternatively a heatsink and fan that I could use to replace the GT1030's own HS & fan? There is no space in the case for anything bigger (like a standard 80mm fan or whatever; there's only one slot of space total for the card.

Next option is putting a desk fan next to the case and leaving the panel open:

What I would do in that situation is find the equivalent "square"fan measurement. My best guess would be a 50mm fan's blades would be about the same but it may be 60mm or even 40mm since you haven't indicated the model.

Then with a very sharp side cutter, you can cut the fan out of its surround, and stick it into the card with some strong thin double sided tape. As far as how you want to connect the fan, that's up to you. As long as its 12v, you can connect it straight to the card, or directly to the PSU if you want it to work at full speed all the time.

The fan is about 35mm across. Where would I find suitable fans?

Looks like the card only has a metal heatsink, so easiest solution and some thing I have done in the past with passive cooled cards is to cable tie a 80mm fan to the metal heatsink, and bobs your uncle, while you mention there is very little space, I am sure you can make a plan....otherwise you pretty screwed.

Yep. I think a half-thickness fan might do it.
 
What brand of 1030 is it?
You can usually find replacement fans on aliexpress no problem.

Until then, zip-tie a case fan onto the side of it?
