Graphics card sizes

I very recently got a 8800GT512R2 (V8803GT52) and it only just fits with 6 mm to spare at the back between it and my 2 hard drives.
Fortunately the drives are SATA as if they were IDE there would be no room for the plugs.
My case is only 430mm deep, but most cases are bigger so check your case out first.
All the 9 series cards are just renamed 8 series so the size will be the same.

It seems like a small case, maybe it is just because of the strange terminology they use on their site. Get a bigger case?
