Graphics Card Stop Working

Hi Guys

I have a Gainward Geforce GTX 590 graphics card yesterday it started giving me patches of green on the screen and now its completely green, I contacted my supplier and they reffered me to a company called Omega as the card is a year and half old its still under warranty. I haven't overclocked the card and its not damaged in anyway. I cant get hold of anyone at Omega as all their phones are engaged has anyone had any luck with this company or have any solutions to what might be causing the problem? I have a 1000w PSU so power is not a problem here.

from experience, when you see green patches, you have over-heating on the card, first check the fan on your card to see that its still functional, since you have lost your entire screen, the likelihood of your VGA fan being stopped is very high.

Other thing to confirm my finding will be to see if you get a screen after switching off the PC for a long time and then re-starting it, ie. completely cooled off.
