Hi,

I recently bought an HD graphics card and connected to a 32" Full HD LCD TV with an HD Cable,
My resolution is on 1920 x 1080 (recommended resolution).

There is something seriously wrong with the display, any help would highly appreciated.

If i turn the resolution down to 1080 x 1024 it becomes better but not 100%.

Surely my screen should be on the highest resolution.

Thanks

no obviously not, sorry!!

When i put a movie on its all blocky nothing is clear even my desktop items, as soon as i put my RGB cable back in its perfect.

I tested another HD Cable and its still crap picture

Specify model & brand of TV, model & brand of graphics card, cable type and program used to play the video.

TV Model: 32lf20fr-afb
TV Type: LG
Model Grapichs Card: Nvidia GT220 1024MB SDDR3
Video Playback: I used VLC and Windows Media
Cable Type: Not sure just bought an HD Cable

My best guess is you've got the refresh rate at something other than 60hz. LCDs don't like that.

The cable is a DVI/HDMI?
