Get wacom their quality and sensitivity are unmatched, They are the best for any graphic design period. I would suggest the Wacom Graphire4 6x8, the two i worked on was excelent.

not sure who else sold then since core used to and then stopped.

btw, you seen imagineFX mags ? really really good ones if you want some extra graphic design workshop and inspirations - lots of them at cna ussualy.

but if iony hav the money to buy the genius one??? what is the opinion??
 
Rather get a Wacom,,,there is no substitute. Even there small ones are great, I have a graphite 4. Just a word of warning if you have a widescreen monitor you gona need the widescreen version

Wacom Graphire for photo manupilation

Wacom Intuos for illustration (ive got one but it cost me 5k)


id recommend you go for the Graphire range, if you have a heavy hand and ur not planning on developing ground breaking concept illustrations go graphire, they are cheap and thus easy to replace.

although you could illustrate with the graphire, but irritation will follow..
