Basically what this does is, it uses the /focus command to "lock" a target. A picture frame will show your target so you can place this anywhere you like. The macro then sheeps/banishes/fears/shackles/blind whatever the target while you're busy dps'ing something else.
Usefull in raids because you can auto sheep/banish/fear an ad without losing focus on the Boss.
For any class with CC etc just replace Polymorph(Rank 4) with banish/fear/root/cyclone/shackle etc.

Only problem is if you focus on something by mistake u have to clear your mouse target and type /focus again to lose focus. You can't focus on a target and then focus on another until the first one is dead.
