Great service: Neotel

Hi I would just like to thank Neotel for their great service. Our fiber works well but we had an issue which
the people sorted out plus adding a faster line and more data. There is no Telkom-like attitude with them.

Glad to hear somebody is happy with NEOTEL. After 10 years with them and the last 4 month's havoc with my account, and it is not even my fault. I think my time with them came to an end. No response from them on my e mails. Only NuDebt threatening me. And i cc them with all the correspondence.

Sorry to hear of your poor service @BOERLANDER.
Also been with them 10+ years.
Luckily mine is prepaid so I've never had that problem.
@Frans22 I agree with better on average than Telkom.
My unit was acting up so they took it in to check.
A few days later, phoned me to ask my address.
Delivered to my door (driver was in area on other errands). ))
