Great service - Postnet Canal Walk.

I grumble a lot about poor service because it seems to be everywhere these days.

I just thought I'd drop a completely random compliment out here to acknowledge what absolutely great service I have had from the guys and gals at Postnet in Canal Walk.

My wife and I have had to deal with a number of courier companies over the last few months and they have been the best of the bunch.

This may seem like a strange post but sometimes it is good to point stuff like this out.

For the cynical buggers out there - other than being a customer I have no connection to them. Promise.

I dealt with them a few years ago but the owners were terrible.

It seems like they had a change of ownership because there's a lot more staff and they're much more organised; actually a pleasure to deal with now.

Postnet in general seems to be a great business model and service has been great at all the random branches I've visited. During the peak of the postal strike last year, they were a lifesaver because I needed to collect study material for exams, printing & binding my assignment etc. It was awesome being able to do all that at one place.
