Planned on going to Turkey in early October.

With the current eVisa/VISA mess - NOT GONNA HAPPEN https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/threads/turkey-evisa-query.1194554/page-2 (this also means cancelling flights etc to Turkey)

Greece it is - also upside being a schengen country the visa is valid for Serbia too even though its a non EU country.

So. similar to Turkey thread any tips? Seems like we going into Athens for the most part of the 8 days we there, but thought popping out to one of the islands might be nice.

Is your schengen visa multi entry? Otherwise you would have issue going from Serbia to Greece

Stay away from Santorini.
Over touristic and smells like piss once you get on the top of the hill.

Serbia isnt schengen but allows valid schengen in.

My last schengen visa was 1 year with multi entry



Might also do 2 weeks in serbia now, all options very fluid at present
