I can't take credit for this as I saw it on YouTube.

Ingredients:
2 cups of water
1 cup baby spinach
1 head of lettuce ( preferably cos or butter)
A few sprugs of parsley
A few sprigs of coriander
1 chopped-up celery stick
1 chopped-up apple
1 chopped-up pear
1 banana
1 lemon, cut in quarters

Add the water, spinach, lettuce, parsley, and coriander, all into a blender and blend.
Add the celery, apple, and pear, and blend.
Add the banana and lemon quarters, and blend.

It's important that the ingredients be added at various stages otherwise it won't blend well.

Also, the ingredients might seem a bit weird but it's the fruit in it that rounds off the taste.

Drink up and enjoy.
 
You missed the broccoli, the brussel sprouts and the kikuyu grass.
