We had groupon vouchers for Rodizio's - also had excellent service - and weren't treated like cheap skates. My feeling is, if these companies don't want the business, then why offer the vouchers in the first place? Most people buy vouchers for resataurants they would otherwise never go to - just to check it out, if you give them good service, they are likely to recommend to friends and become repeat customers at full price.
