Group SMS

Not sure I'm posting in the right section, but not sure where else to post. I'm looking for advice regarding sending of group smses. I have recently started a new small business and would like to send out regular sms messages to existing customers informing them of their payment status, special offers, lucky draws etc. I am aware that there are group messaging options available "out there" but I'm really not even sure where to start looking... Would really appreciate it if someone could give me some pointers.

you buy a block of credits, the more you buy the cheaper it gets. you can upload lists of cell numbers and group lists etc.

but please get permission, nothing more irritating that sms spam, email spam is bad but i will lose my carp over sms spam.
